• Research and preparation of the sale on site. We handle all aspects of the estate sale, including organization, set-up,appraising all household and Collectible items utilizing our network of independent appraisers and the latest in online resources assuring you the top price for your items with the least amount of unsold items possible.
• Hosting a safe, clean, friendly sale.
We want the customers to feel comfortable shopping at our sales. We clean, stage and orginize the house so all the items are properly displayed allowing for maximum sale price. The presentation of the sale is almost important as the contents when it comes to selling, no one wants to buy a dirty set of dishes.
• Cleanup after the sale. CoCollectables disposes of all unsold or unwanted items leaving your home broom clean. Any leftover items will be donated in the client's name.
• Bookkeeping. CoCollectables handles all the bookkeeping aspects of the sale. The family never has to wait to be paid. All payments will be settled in full as soon as the sale is finished and the totals are tallied.
• We also handle "Fire Sales". A Fire sale is when you need your items sold in a quick fashion due to unforeseen circumstances, generally less than a month.
